FAQs
Where are you located?
I’m located in beautiful Minneapolis, MN.
What areas to you serve?
Minneapolis, St. Paul, the surrounding cities and suburbs however, I’m willing to travel out of state as well as out of the country for a travel distance fee ( and accommodations if traveling out of state or the country ). We can discuss this during our chat over the phone or on a Zoom call.
Where do you typically hold your photo sessions? And, Do you have a photo studio?
Most photo sessions are held outdoors however, I do offer in-home sessions as well as options for a natural light studio setting.
What should we wear and will you help us plan our outfits?
Yes, I will give you some guidance in choosing the right colors and clothing for you photo session to make sure that you’re comfortable and looking and feeling your best.
What if I have to cancel do to circumstances that are out of my hands, such as a medical condition, illness or a death in the family?
Life happens and I completely understand that. If something happens that is out of your control, I will work with you to reschedule your photo session.
What is your photographic approach and editing style?
I’m a lifestyle photographer which means that my approach is pretty simple. Making sure to get the most natural looking poses out of you by allowing you to be yourself. How do I do this? By giving you a little guidance so that your photos don’t look super posed and tell your unique story.
My goal is to bring out the best in you ( not that you’re not already awesome ). I take my time to edit your photos and I keep it simple. I like to call my style soft and warm.
Why?
Because the color tones that I use add a little warmth and a little softness to each of my images to bring out the best tones for your beautiful natural skin.
What happens if I booked an outdoor photo session and it rains, snows or some other weather condition that would cause the photo session to be cancelled ?
I keep an eye out for the weather conditions and if I see that it’s going to rain or snow or be to hot or cold I will contact you to see if you’d like to reschedule, choose an alternate place for the photo session ( example, in studio, your home or some other cool place ) or just go for it!
***Please note, I don’t mind shooting in the snow or when it’s cold out however, for everyone’s safety, if there is a heat advisory warning or a cold weather advisory warning, I will not risk the safety of my health as well as yours in order to complete the photo session. ***
